    The Committee on the Judiciary moves to amend the bill on page seven, section five-a, line ninety-five immediately following the word “successor” by striking out the period and inserting in lieu thereof a colon and the following language: “If the judge denies the request, the reasons for the denial must be in writing and be share with all parties in the case and the person making the request within 30 days after filing the motion.”
